At F5.6 How much background is visible? Is it blurry or in focus? How much?

1. The slower the shutter speed the more blurry the people become
2. Raise the shutter speed and lower the F-stops.
3. I think the best picture would be at 1/60 with the F-stop at 8, it make the people focused and the background still blurry but you can tell whats behind them.
